For an offline POS, compare what keeps working without internet, what the license includes and what your complete setup will cost. Kassivo runs its local core on Windows 10/11. The 2 000 DH launch license activates one selected business profile permanently, with six months of support and no required monthly core subscription. The regular price is 4 000 DH.
Kassivo has no permanent free plan. The free trial lasts 30 days; continuing afterwards requires buying and activating a license.
What Kassivo offers
Kassivo offers a free 30-day trial and a paid permanent local license. There is no permanent free plan. Downloading the installer does not automatically activate the trial; request a trial key for your Windows PC.

Offline sales and offline card payments are different
The Windows core stores business data locally. Android companions and the kitchen display use your local network: losing internet and losing the connection to the core are different events. External services and shared live-state actions can require connectivity. Recording a card payment in POS does not itself authorize a card transaction; check your payment provider's conditions.
Published license prices and your complete setup
These are Kassivo’s published software license prices for the selected market. Hardware and other services are not automatically included. Confirm companion availability, device allowances and any additional charges in your purchase agreement.

Run these checks during your trial
Sale and return
Complete a sale, print its receipt, then test a return. Check stock, customer history and totals.
Internet outage
Disconnect internet while keeping the local network available. Test the exact sale and receipt workflow you need.
Local-network outage
Disconnect a companion from the core. Verify which actions queue or pause and what happens on reconnection; do not assume every action is available.
Industry identity
For electronics, follow one IMEI or serial through a sale, warranty and repair. For food service, follow one order to the kitchen and settlement.
Staff permissions
Use a cashier account to test a restricted action and a manager account to test approval. Confirm who is recorded.
Hardware and recovery
Test your actual scanner and printer, then verify your backup and restore procedure before rollout.
Confirm your country and your configuration
Software functions do not establish tax certification or integrated card acceptance in every country. Verify your currency, invoice fields, local rules, banking services and equipment. Cloud services are planned and are not available today; the activated local core remains permanently licensed.

Does the published launch license include all twelve Kassivo profiles?
No. The core license activates one selected operating profile. Confirm your profile and device setup before purchase.
Is the trial free and is support permanent?
The trial lasts 30 days with no payment or card required. Six months of support are included with the paid core license; continued support is optional. Review the published purchase and refund terms before buying.
