Privacy

This notice describes the public website and its contact form. A local POS database is separate from the website.

Information you send

The contact form receives your name, email, message and language, plus business name, phone and business profile when supplied. Submission records also include a reference, timestamp, referring-page information and IP address. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, patient records or other sensitive business data through this form.

How requests are handled

The website saves submissions in private server storage and attempts to deliver them to the Kassivo team by email. These details are used to answer your inquiry, arrange a trial or provide requested assistance. Hosting and email infrastructure process the request as part of delivery.

Preferences and technical records

The website uses browser localStorage for theme and intro preferences. Earlier versions also set a language-preference cookie; the current pages use their URL to determine language. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical access and error logs. The contact endpoint uses IP-based anti-abuse checks.

Storage and requests

Contact records and related emails are kept for inquiry handling and follow-up. To ask about the records held for your request, their retention, correction or deletion, email contact@kassivo.com. Include your inquiry reference when available.

External links and product data

WhatsApp and download or other external destinations may have their own data practices. The Windows POS stores primary business records locally; optional connected services have separate connection and data requirements. Do not assume every companion or external service shares the same storage boundary.
