Free trial before purchase
Kassivo always offers a free 30-day trial before purchase. Download the Windows app and request a trial key matched to your main PC or terminal. The trial does not start automatically when you download. Use the trial to check your chosen profile, hardware and workflows.
One selected profile
A paid key activates one selected operating profile. It does not automatically include every profile or unlimited terminals. The selected profile, matching companion where applicable and terminal allowance are confirmed before activation.
Prices and purchase details
Morocco: 2 000 DH launch and 4 000 DH regular. International: USD 200 launch and USD 399 regular. Confirm the applicable market, invoice details and any applicable taxes before payment. The website market selector changes the displayed offer; it does not process payment.
Non-refundable license purchases
License purchases are non-refundable after purchase. A free trial is offered beforehand so you can evaluate the product before paying. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Core use and optional services
The activated core and selected profile remain licensed for life without a mandatory monthly core subscription. Six months of support are included from activation. Continued support and optional connected services may have separate monthly plans. A perpetual core license is not a promise of lifetime free support or every future service.
Before changing your setup
Contact Kassivo before transferring a license to another machine or changing a multi-terminal installation. Confirm the applicable device-transfer and update arrangements with the team; no unlimited transfer or all-future-updates entitlement is granted by this page.
